Moved homes and selected a new NBN FTTC plan with Telstra, received the smart modem but not the nbn connection box. Who was supposed to send it? Cheers.
In some FTTC installations a NBN technician installs the NBN modem. In these cases the NBN technician brings the NBN FTTC modem with them. This is still classed as a self install as the customer still has to install and set up Telstra modem.
