Is this a mobile broadband device? Prepaid or on a plan? And what model is the modem?

Hi @Mo52  I think this is what your looking for.

I Have One and this is how I do it!

 

To configure APN settings for your NETGEAR AirCard 810 Mobile HotSpot:

1. Press and release the Power button to restart your AirCard 810.
The Home screen displays.
2. Tap Settings > Network.
Select APN.
A list of preprogrammed APNs displays.
3. Tap Add.
4. Enter your device’s mobile Internet APN settings.
5. Tap Save.
A confirmation message displays.
You successfully configured APN settings for your AirCard 810.

So the advice I give is my own, In my own time, Guided by my own experience/knowledge.
