Netgear Nighthawk

I have been sent a letter re my Netgear Nighthawk M1 and I have to login into administrator login to fix a hardware issue and it will not accept the password on the device.  I am going to return the device and refuse to continue the contract if this cannot be resolved

Are you trying admin/admin or admin/password rather than your Telstra/Bigpond information?
