On hold for almost 2 hours.

Absolutely furious. Called at 5pm and was told there was a wait, that’s fine, then called me back 10 mins late but then hangs up and doesn’t call back, so I then ring again, told there is a wait, then received the next phone call back 10 mins later. I then get told I have to be transferred, I haven’t spoken to anyone and have been on hold for another 1hr 10mins and counting as we speak.

Shocking customer service.

I just want to know when someone is being sent to rewire my telephone line!! I was told someone would get in touch but nothing the last two weeks, and still being billed while no working Nbn!
