Re: open port

Log into modem and go to Broadband. Scroll down to the IPv4 address which has been blanked out in the image below. This is the modem's WAN IPv4 address.

Open another tab in your browser.

Enter http://Modem's WAN IPv4 address:80 into browsers address bar and go to that address.

The cctv's log in page should be displayed in the browser.

Re: open port

Have you tried deleting and then reseting up the port forwarding?

What is the firmware version of the modem? The firmware version is located on the left hand side of modem's login page.

Is ghe front light on modem green or blue? If blue modem is on 4G backup and port forwarding will not work.

Re: open port

Could you explain what you mean by they go red? Do they have a red cross on the righthand side of the rule?

Re: open port

The red cross is normal. Tapping on the red cross deletes the rule.

Are you able to connect to the camera's on a device connected to modem's WiFi using the camera's local address?

Have you checked if ports are open at a site such as canyouseeme?
