Order NBN Re

Hi, have ordered NBN on Sun and had reference number starting with NA, which is not valid to track the order. Ordered online.  Could not get through to Telstra and no update whatsoever. 
Friday now and have re-ordered through the app and again given order number starting with NA. 
Need NBN urgently. Does anyone
know how to obtain a proper order number or get through another means to Telstra? Need to know that this order has even been acknowledged? Thank you

Hi Flash, I managed to get through. The NA number is before the order is picked up by online-order team and will be 5-7 (or more these days) before it is even picked up. Guess it’ll be around 2-3 weeks before we get it 🙄

Same here. It has been 10 days since I placed an order and I have not been able to get through to Customer Service.

all ADSL to NBN upgrades are on hold for the moment ... to limit tech visits due to COVID-19
