parental control

so i need to block my sons computer, i go into parental control and i have blocked his computer fine, but he can still log into the router and just unblock himself from his computer .. how do i stop that as you dont need to log in with a password to access parental controls

figured it out , had to turn off default user to allow a password

You can add a login password to router. If the router is a Telstra modem log in to router and go to User Settings. This want stop your Son factory resetting router.

i went to user setting and set a password , then went on his computer and can still acess it without a password apparently

Check User Settings that password was saved. The password might not have been saved.
