Port Forwarding for Arlo Ultra 2 SmartHub (VMB5000) | Ports 80, 123, 443
Hi all - I need help pretty desperately!
I am trying to connect my new Arlo SmartHub however for the life of me I cannot figure out how to set up the port forwarding.
I have created a static IP for the SmartHub (model number VMB5000) and according to what I can piece together from Arlo support, Telstra support and research online I just need to forward ports 80, 123, 443.
I don't know what the WAN port number is - the auto setting for "IP Camera" in the admin section of Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 (Arcadyan LH1000) is 8120, however that didn't work when I tried it.
I have tried every combination that I can find, imagine and dream up and nothing is working.
Any advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Use the same ports for the WAN that you used for the LAN. It is always best to uses same ports. The only time the same port is not used is when there is already a service using the same WAN port.

I tried that and it hasn't worked. I'm honestly at a loss as to how to make this work.

Have you checked the ports are open on the Arlo SmartHub by using a tool such as Network Diagnostic Tool on a PC or Fing on a IOS or Android device?

Thanks for the suggestion on the Fing app; according to it:
VMB5000: 53, 554
Telstra Router: 53, 80, 81, 85, 139, 443, 445, 1990
I have attached an image of how I thought I was meant to open the ports in my router settings but obviously that hasn't worked.
So the ports needs to be open on the VMB5000? Or the Telstra Router?

Try forwarding ports 53 and 554.
