Port Forwarding on Telstra Gateway Technicolor TG797n v3 isn't working

I'm trying to set up a specific port forwarding rule on my gateway. I know how to set up port forwarding and it's worked fine in the past, but today for some reason every time I click the "add" button after having filled in all the parts of the rule, it just... doesn't add anything. It doesn't give me an error message, it doesn't tell me that it can't be done, it just does NOTHING when I click the add button. I really need this to work and I can't understand why it's being so bizarre when it's worked fine before. I restarted the router twice and tried setting up the rule on multiple different machines. I have no idea what else to try.

How many port forwarding rules have been set up in the Gateway?

Have you checked to see if the port I'd already in use by another device? (Advanced > WAN services > port forwarding and UPNP)
