Problems connecting PSN3 or 4

Returned from holidays on 31 Jan 2016 and powered up our Netgear CG3100D modem for Telstra cable but unable to connect PS3  or PS4 now?  Has there been some network security update in our absence causing firewall config to change and block playstation devices?

Have tried to press default setting button to reset but has no effect on connection timeouts by the PS3/4.  HELP!

Is there a seeting to change in the default access to gateway?

Hi JPfactor, 

 

I'm unaware of any changes to the CG3100D which would cause this issue.  Were you able to get your Play Stations connected?
