Telstra recently upgraded our service from cable to the NBN.
During this process, an NBN technician attended out property and swapped the modem.
A few days later a new telstra home gateway smart modem/router arrived in the post, despite the fact that we already had one. I have been charged for this spare modem on my latest bill.
How do i return this at this time, given the closure of telstra stores and the reduced capability of the phone support.
