Return of modem and router

My parents have moved into a retirement village can anyone advise what do we do with the modem and nbn router?

The NBN device is the property of NBN and should be left with the property.

The Telstra modem is your responsibility depending on the contract that was entered into with Telstra and the status of that contract.
