Smart modem Gen 2 4g not working

Have moved into a new house and having major issues with getting nbn set up. Telstra sent out a new modem and it was working off the 4g mobile till last week and now we can no longer connect. All the lights indicate that it should be working but we can not log onto anything when we try. When we go into settings it is showing that no connection/no signal Any ideas please?

If 4G backup is used for extended period of time it gets throttled and then disabled. The 4G back might have been disabled. You could contact support and as you are still waiting for the NBN connection request that the 4G backup be enabled.
