Smart Modem Gen 2 Parental Control does not work

Hi, I have Smart Modem Gen 2 modem (Product Vendor Arcadyan, Product Name LH1000, Boot Version 1.0.38-116.118, Firmware, Version 0.13.01r, Hardware Version 01).
Parental Control - URL Filter doesn't work, for example, I have entered www.rockstargames.com and rockstargames, and after saving, still, I can access this site.

Also blocking Host with specific start and end time doesn't work as expected, it doesn't block base on the time specified.

Any help would be grateful.
