Hi everyone, I had a problem with my internet. So basically I received a Smart modem Gen 2 from Telstra. I'm not sure how to connect it ? Somehow I got wifi to use for first 2-3 months and now I received an email from Telstra that I need to switch from Telstra mobile network to Telstra fix network otherwise they will slow down the internet speed. Im not sure how to switch back and now my internet is very slow. Please hel
Suggest you ring Telstra and lodge a fault. The 4G back speed is limited to 6 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up but gets throttled to 256 kbps if used for a prolonged period of time. While support investigates why your internet is not working request that they remove the throttling on your 4 G backup.
