I've seen a few messages skirting around this issue, but I'd still like to confirm.
If a Telstra my account holder has several phones on the account, can that account holder view the content of text messages sent or received on the other phones?

If they have detailed billing they can see numbers that were called or text but not the message itself.
So from a network perspective, no, but there is device/app level things that may provide access if configured correctly. Like iMessage may show the messages on another iOS device on the same account.
