I recently received a replacement Modem Technicolor DJA0231 and have had no issues, however now I find only two LAN ports are working. I have tried all-new CAT cables, have tried a factory reset modem, checked all settings in the modem however to no avail, also I have tried a spare Branded Modem and cables, and Branded works well.
Unfortunately. I don't have a Port Tester any longer so I cant hardware test this, looks like a replacement Modem is needed again?.
