Re: Tekstra NBN modem

What make and model is the modem and what are the indicator lights doing?

It sounds like the modem is trying to rest or do a firmware update. If you have a Smart Modem, you could try forcing it to 4G backup mode by unplugging the WAN (red) or DSL (grey) cable from the modem and waiting a while for it to switch to 4G mode. The clicking should stop.

Other things you can try are power cycling the modem or even factory resetting it. (factory reset the NBN box if you have one as well).
