Telstar Internet keep drop out from NBN

I have switch to Telstra Premium NBN Internet from cable connection on 30th Sep 2020. From day one onwards the connection keep dropping out.


NBN Technician came and check the connection 3 times and they could not find any issue with line. 


It keep drops out and switch to 4G between 1st Oct and 14th Oct, then it stared to settling.


From last week again the internet started to drop out. Yesterday (26 Nov 2020) again it dropped out more than 12 times.


Spoke to Telstar Technical support however they could not found any issue or drop out logs.


The modem  is Arcadyan LH1000  and Firmware Number 0.12.15r.


I suspect the issue with the modem which was provided by Telstra  around Oct 2018.


Any help to resole this issue much appreciated.

What type of NBN connection do you have (FTTN, FTTC or HFC)?


Are any of the modem lights or lights on the NBN NTD changing colour when drop outs occur?


Could you post the modems log for just before and during the drop out (Go to Advanced > Logs)?
