Telstra app support - A JOKE

It looks like Telstra got it wrong again !!! I posted a billing question on the app 30 minutes ago, and I'm still at the point of verification .... Just because it's online it doesn't mean I can spend all day resolving a bill quiery. This is insane..... The excuse with COVID about telephone assistance its a joke. Optus offers telephone assitsance to its customers.

It is absolutely a joke!  I logged a case during lunch time (via app support, which is the only way to contacting Telstra now) , and at 5.11am next day I finally had a response and text message containing the so-call verification code....
