Hi,
Can the Telstra DJA0230 modem be used with another ISP (nbn FTTN) or is it locked to Telstra?
Secondly, if not, can it be setup as a WiFi access point with another router with a provider other than Telstra?
E.g. if i have another house with another ISP.
@cf4 - any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

The modem is not locked to Telstra but some settings such as VLAN tagging that some other ISPs use is not supported. Check with your ISP that they don't use VLAN tagging. The VOIP function will not work as with other ISPs.
The modem can be used as an access point with another modem as the main modem. You need a VDSL modem for a FTTN connection. See section 34 of document linked in this post for setting up DJA0230 as access point.
