Telstra Smart modem
hi good people
I have just installed the smart modem and am getting all the green lights, but I can't see my home wifi network on my devices ?
the old Telstra modem worked fine , they just sent me the GEN2
any help would be appreciated

It is unusual for all WiFi not to see the modem's WiFi, Sometimes one or two devices can't see the WiFi when the modem's 2.4 GHz WiFi is faulty or the devices don't support the modem's WiFi security.. Have you tried factory reseting modem by pressing for at least 10 seconds the reset button located on the back of the modem near lan port 2.
