Telstra Smart Wi-fi Booser ethernet

Good Evening All,

I just purchased a set of the smart wifi booster discs and set them up with no problems. I was wondering if i can set them both to use the Ethernet connections as back-haul. i currently have two cables connected to my modem that run to either end of the house, it would be ideal to be able to plug in the wifi discs and for them to use the cable back-haul instead of the slave disc using the master disc's wifi.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Not 100% certain but there's no harm in trying.

I don't think there's anything in the Disc's config that you would need to change for this. Just plug and play and see how it goes
