Hi, We have an outdoor battery security camera which up until January has been operating fine. (It runs on the Mirabella Genio app). Now it wont connect to the wifi. Mirabella have advised Telstra have released an update which is not compatible with this camera. They have advised that Telstra is fixing it. I have the TELSTRA SMART MODEM GEN 2 - I believe it is on the 2.4ghz network. (which the camera requires).
Other devices are connected no worries, however Mirabella advises the Telstra issue only affects the Outdoor battery camera.
Can anyone offer me any further information regarding this please.
