The wifi keeps dropping out and the technicians in the Phillipines are unable to solve the problem.

Could you provide some more detail.

Are your devices loosing there connection to the Internet only or are the disconnecting from the modem's WiFi?

What type of connection do you have (FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, NBN HFC.........)?

What is the model of your modem?

Is it one device or several?

Is it a recent issue or was it previously ok?

Is the modem in same room as device?

If not what sort of walls and how far?

Have you tried changing the WiFi channel?
