Unable to engage a Telstra technician to come to my Business

I have no phone or internet in my business since 4 February 2021 and the modem is in a metal exchange box attached to the ceiling,  Have tried many many times to plug and unplug etc. while up a step ladder and have asked for a Telstra technician to come out but can't get past the try this and that loop particularly in India. The Ombudsman is now handling this matter but Telstra was to contact me by 5.00pm today 17 February and haven't received any response from Telstra.  Back at work tomorrow relying on one mobile phone until it is fixed.  Any suggestions?
