Why is my speed crap ?

On nbn 50 Standard Plus, should be getting close to 44Mbps typical evening speeds

Paying $ 90 per month for ADSL2 speeds

Not all the time, but today it is... anyone

What is the colour of the light on the front of your modem?

If it is blue, then your NBN connection isn't working and you are on the LTE backup.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thank you Jupiter for your reply, but i am well aware of the lights & what they mean

Have been building my own computers since the 80's

All Green BTW, but nearly daily here some weeks it goes into backup mode then switches back to normal

Check Screenshot.... Just did another test its getting worse, soon i'll be back to dial-up speeds Smiley Frustrated

Thank you for your reply, will try Twitter & Facebook on your advice.... weird how companies prefer to monitor the social media sites for customer queries instead of their own, had this from a couple of other companies. Must be the public nature of them to need attention. Cheers

I have been told by several Telstra staff, If you want anything addressed quickly!

Put it on social media.

I'm not suggesting Telstra don't care what is written on crowd support.

But at the same time I can't imagine anything on crowd support going viral Smiley Happy
