I have bought a 4GX Wifi plus with pre paid sim I have activated the sim and received confirmation that it’s activated, it tells me the data available and days till expiry yet I can’t get internet or emails via it, I have a Telstra post paid data SIM card when I put it in the device it works fine so why won’t the pre paid work do I use Telstra.wap or Telstra.internet in the APN settings

All sorted changed from Telstra.internet to Telstra.wap and all working now why wouldn’t device have the correct settings in it when you purchase it
