I have a Chromecastultra tv streaming device. To set it up I need a Telstra WiFi network and password. The network on the Telstra WiFi modem is not listed in the drop down menu at the crhomecast web page and the access key that is on the WiFi modem is also rejected. Which network do I need to select and which passport is the correct password? Will appreciate any assistance if possible. Thanks. John

On the back or the bottom there should be your wifi name Telstraabc123 and then your password. You will need to connect to that network with that password. If its not visible or connectingid unplug your modem for 30 seconds then plug it back in, allow 5 mins for it boot back up and connect. Then try setting up the chrome cast again.
