Blank Sim To Keep number from my companies Telstra Account
I'm leaving my company and am keeping my number. The company has asked me to get a blank sim from a Telstra shop so they can port it over. I understand that I can go into a Telstra shop and do this BUT you need ID to prove you own the account. I do not it's my companies account. I just need the blank sim so my company can do the port. Any advice?

No, a blank SIM will not do you any good. You need a transfer of ownership form filled out for the service to transfer it from the company into your name.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
