Call from Telstra

I received a call from 9319 2000, claiming to be from Telstra.

I had placed an order for NBN recently and the caller asked for my date of birth and mentioned that my order would take time.

I wouldn't have suspected except that I had called Telstra and spoken to a support staff around 5 minutes prior to receiving the call.

Is this a legitimate call?

In this case, it is most likely from an NBN Contractor. You can check by calling 132200.
