cancel mobile service

I wish to cancel my mobile service because I now live overseas. I tried this through the Telstra App with Codi. It seemed to work, but Telstra is still sending me bills. I then tried calling +61 439 125 109 as given on the website. Telstra then referred me back to messaging and shut-down the call. After more than 10 years a Telstra customer (should be easy to see in their records) I do not think this is fair treatment. I understand that making this very difficult and painful is in Telstra's business interest. However, in my view, this shows a lack of corporate citizen integrity.

Did you chat with an actual consultant through the My Telstra app? Codi can't do anything itself. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
