Canceling service

I can not cancel my service and have been trying since August and I am continuing to be billed accordingly yet no reply is being made. I have moved to nz permanently. I understand an early termination fee but the late fees and continuing billing is only getting worse and this month's bill was double the last bill. $488 for a service we are not using. No response or luck contacting anyone with Telstra. The modem has been returned. I am happy to pay a cancellation fee but not pay a service I'm not using only to be hit with a cancellation fee later when they get their act together and finally sort it

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response and you will receive a notification through the app when someone responds.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
