Cancellation

I requested a cancellation on Monday and was advised it could take upto 48hrs and would receive a receipt via email. I never received a receipt and home phone, NBN and Foxtel still active. I only wanted to keep mobile

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information.

 

You will need to contact Telstra again to find out what is going on.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
