Change of Ownership - no reply from email address - Telstra CrowdSupport

I sent through change of ownership papers 6 weeks ago to the email address on the forms

changeofownership@telstra.com

Does anyone know if this email address is still active?

I have not had a reply to any of my follow up emails and there is no phone number manned for this either. The Telstra shop is saying it has to be done online so I am now in a loop and need to get this done for Tax reason.

Any advise as to where I can get a Telstra person to help would be wonderful.
