Disconnect

I can’t change my plan from my mobile because it asks me to disconnect from wifi to my mobile number.... my mobile is Optus because Telstra is Australia’s biggest disappointment so I can’t change it from here I ether.. soon my broadband will be too, thank god my contract is up. $140 a month you won’t be seeing anymore

if your mobile is with Optus, and Optus won’t let you change your plan while you are on wifi that would be a limitation Optus has put in place on their systems. That isn’t something Telstra can control. Unless I am misunderstanding your message becuase that Is how it reads...
