The texting is ridiculous and i've been at it for the past 2.5 hours and my problem still isn't resolved.
At least when you used to be put on hold for 45 minutes the problem was resolved after that. Now i'm over 2 hours in and nothing!!!!

There aren't enough people to man the phones other than for critical issues and they are dealing with multiple customers at once via the messaging service, so you are stuck with the messaging service.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
