My ex husband and I have separated and we have a business account together. Can we have this changed without having to see eachother and have to go into store to have this changed?

It will be a slower process as you need to fill out the following change of ownership printable form (telstra.com.au)

You both need to sign it, so you would need to organise that before taking into the store (or do it in store at the same time).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
