Home phone line

Hi there.  Cant make any calls on my home phone and internet is slow.  Any line issues on the surfcoast at the moment

Firstly, welcome to CrowdSupport  Please stick around and offer any expertise you have in the range of topics here in our Community.

 

It would be best to contact our Telephone Faults Team on 13 22 03 to report your phone line fault. Or if you can't make a call, you can report the fault online as well.

 

I was unable to find 'surfcoast' but you can check the Telstra Service Status page for any outages. Thanks eol22.
