House Move

So many challenges for over a month now and all we wanted to do was move our service to Brisbane area. Service when we were on the Mt was almost non existant but they atleast tried to help. Trying to get things sorted in the new house are now at a standstill as despite numerous attempts to try and get connected we have had so many conflicting excuses, condescending case managers, total loss of internet when 4g went down affecting thousands, still no call back even though we had been told it would be within 24, 3 days in a row its now 5 days later ? Anyone else having similar challenges?

I can appreciate your frustrations with the delays in this relocation of your services completed and do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. As you have been awaiting for this for over a month and still having issues with this being resolved, I would recommend having this raised as an official complaint. This will allow a specialised Complaints Case Manager to be assigned for this to be investigated and resolved further. Steps for this being raised can be located at:
