I've been trying to cancel for months.

I signed up with another NBN provider 5 months ago, but I'm still being billed for cable broadband. The website and the app doesn't allow me to cancel. I've also messaged but the agent never responded. Telephone support just directs me back to the other methods which I've already tried. I've stopped direct debit but I'm afraid I will continue being billed. I just want to cancel and get reimbursed for the last 5 months since I switched to Belong.

I believe the disconnection team is working now.


Call 13 22 00 between 8 AM to 9 PM M-F.  Say "disconnect" to the bot lady and that should put you through to the team in Adelaide.
