Installation of foxtel
I moved home Tuesday 10th November, my foxtel say no satellite rec. would like a technician to install. i'm paying for something that does not work. How do you actually speak??? to someone at telstra???

When you placed the move order, the Foxtel Technician should have been arranged at the same time to install the missing infrastructure.
To contact Telstra, either try Livechat or send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile. If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.
It can take a few hours to get a response, but you will receive a notification if using the app.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
