Internet cable cut


Our internet has been really slow and all the lights are on the white smart modem, online is purple and apparently it’s kn backup mode.

Coming home earlier this week I notice a rolled up cable coming from the roof near the antennas. I figure this is my issue.

New neighbours have just moved in and I fear they have had something connected and a tech has cut the internet/phone.
