Hi just wanted to let you know that I’m moving out of old address tomorrow 

wondering if my internet can be turned off from that address

No one on CrowdSupport has access to accounts to cancel services. 

 

You will need to send a message via the Get Help tab of the My Telstra App or contact 13 22 00
