Moving Home

If you're already with Telstra it's easy to move and request additional services for your new home. Just complete the Moving Home form online or contact us by phone. If you contact us at least a week before your move, one of our dedicated moving experts will ensure your services get connected and are up and running at your new home.


It's best to have the following info handy:

  • your new address
  • the Telstra, BigPond and/or FOXTEL from Telstra Account Number(s) of the services you are moving. You'll find them on your bill.

If you have a Telstra rental phone, just take it with you. If you move within the same telephone exchange area, you’ll keep your phone number.
