Moving house booking issue


I am trying to book the move of my home internet connection (NBN) from my android smart phone.

I follow the instructions on the website but when I get to the page with the Personal details section, there seems to be a bug, the  title (Miss/Mrs) and email address confirmation fields are not enabled and therefore can't be filled. When I hit next, I get a message saying to fill all the fields.


I tried to book the move from a computer (Mac) and after clicking "book your move" nothing happens.


I tried to call but due to COVID this type of service is not available over the phone.


Could someone kindly help me to book the move?

Thank you for your post and my apologies for any delays getting assistance. 
Unfortunately, no one on CrowdSupport has access to accounts to assist with moving services.


The best way to get in touch right now is via the Get Help tab of the My Telstra App (blue chat icon, bottom right corner)
