Moving house - cant use tracking number
I have placed an order to move house a week ago and have not been contacted by telstra. The move is happening tomorrow and with 3 kids home schooling and me working from home I am getting very worried. I have followed the durectiom to track my order however the reference number I received for confirmation starts with MV and it is not recognised when I enter it in the order tracker. Can't contact telstra by phone either. Any suggestions?

I’m also having the same issue. App saying I don’t have any existing orders . Have email with reference number starting with MV but can’t track it. Did you resolve your problem
or did your order go through ?
