Moving House issues - NBN Issues



After much woe with Telstra i am forced to ask this on here....


We put a move house request in on the 8th November 2017 in preparation for a 29th December 2017 move from Thornleigh to Cherrybrook.


Telstra contacted us to tell us that the move request will be cancelled because of an "issue" at the new premises...


After multiple conversations with multiple case managers over weeks who have no idea what they are talking about and constantly giving us the run around and talking crap about an "issue".... we are no nearer to having the internet set up at our new premises.


We tried talking to NBN "specialist" teams and the same merry go round happens.


Depending on who you talk to, the NBN is either connected or its not!...


Sigh...i need this for work and is there anyone who can help me with this? Much appreciated.

Very sorry to hear of the troubles are you experiencing with getting your NBN service connected at the new address.
