Moving House Order place. No call \ contact from Telstra


I am moving house on Weds 17 June and booked a Platinum Professional Move and a Foxtel from Telstra move online on 4th June. I received an email saying:

- We'll contact you in the next 24-48 hours to confirm the date and time of your disconnection and connection.
- We'll also let you know when a technician will visit to complete your relocation.

I still have not had any contact and so unaware if my services will be moved oj Weds as booked and requested.


I have tried to call Telstra but keep getting told via a recorded voice message they can't answer that enquiry now and I've messaged on the App with zero response.


How hard is it to call someone about a service especially when I am paying $340 for it?
