Moving House

I submitted a request on 29/05/20 to move my home phone, post paid internet, & Foxtel services effective 09/06/2020 (ref # MV89977895)

 

This still has not occurred, I haven't had contact from anyone at Telstra, & am getting no response through the App or over the phone.

 

Anyone have any ideas on how to get this sorted?? I'm at the point now that I am going to cancel all services, & go with a different Telco.
